Refund policy

Unopened sets
Every Ritual Duo is sealed. An unopened set in its original sealed packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened sets
For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back an opened set for a change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or wrong
Check your set when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@telcollection.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. Opened or not.

How to return
Email info@telcollection.com.au with your order number before you send anything back. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns go to TEL Collection, Shop 7, 26 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Items sent back without a request can’t be accepted.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, whether or not it has been opened. Where a failure is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement. Where a failure is major, you choose the remedy.
